translatewiki.net does not use index.php. It is using i.php, but Special:Version shows index.php as entry point.

Same for Wikimedia Foundation wikis, it should show the custom location of load.php on bits.wikimedia.org instead of the local one.

There is also a variable "$wgRedirectScript" for wfScript( 'redirect' ) which is missing on Special:Version. But that var looks unused.
