I helped Benoit a bit with the lists. We now have https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:Ligne_de_tableau_LPC and https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod%C3%A8le:En-t%C3%AAte_de_tableau_LPC . We created a csv file and used http://area23.brightbyte.de/csv2template.php to create the templates. Benoit is now putting the result online.

Canada in French is already in the database, but based on these modifications the configuration should be updated.

Canada is up and running, even https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Projet:Monuments_historiques/Images_de_monuments_canada_non_utilis%C3%A9es is populated. The list are now still in project namespace and rather large. That's something that will be solved over time.
