Description Brion Vibber 2005-10-29 21:40:59 UTC Want to fix up the upload system so URLs are unique per file version and can be more easily cached, mirrored, etc. Details at: http://mail.wikipedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2005-October/032069.html http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/1.6_image_storage (Work in progress, will put in branch or post patch when ready.) Changing how filenames are stored may also fix bug 1780.
