On long pages it would be convenient to be able to jump to the top of the page
from wherever you happen to be. It would be nice to have [to-top] just below
[edit] or perhaps just once or twice per screen full in the navigation sidebar.
Then I can stop adding these links by hand.

There's a "home" key on your keyboard.
