Description Dennis Lubert 2005-10-24 20:49:28 UTC
The patch at http://www.projectiwear.org/~plasmahh/mediawiki.diff will add
PostgreSQL support to mediawiki, as well as a improved installer that will test
for postgresql/mysql/oracle support and offer only those to the user along with
warning messages that the others could not be found.

Im certain that the patch needs improvement, and I fear that I have broken some
mysql support. So this patch should be reviewed and applied only in reviewed
parts. I will regularily update this patch agains cvs. For those times it is out
of sync, my whole svn is at a .tar.bz2 at the same location.

Id suggest talking about it in #mediawiki too as when Im around.
