For a newcomer the installation process for ProofreadPage is rather cumbersome. It would be good to have a Special:InstallProofreadPage page that allows a user to define  MediaWiki:Proofreadpage_index_template, s:Mediawiki:Proofreadpage_quality1_category and s:Mediawiki:Proofreadpage_quality4_category.
