The normal search box in a Wikidata repo should for know implement a prefix search over all labels and aliases in all languages.

Concatenate all labels and aliases, dump them through the getTextForSeachIndex

Make sure that:
* the data namespace is actually search
* that the search box uses this search index

(Drop the prefix-req from Comment 1)
