If there are blank lines at the end of the list of pages (presumably also within
it) the following fatal error is generated:

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  wikierror() in
/.../wiki/includes/SpecialExport.php on line 239

This results in an invalid XML document, and a potentially confusing message to
the user.  

Tested on PHP 4.3.11
