The community at Spanish language Wikipedia has chosen for the creation of two new 
namespaces for Wikiportals and WikiProyects.

The new namespaces should be:
  Portal: (with subpages; searchable by default)
  Wikiproyecto: (with subpages; not searchable by default)

Okay... Portal: and Wikiproyecto: have been created, however subpages are not 
working in either one.
