Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Tietew 2005-10-18 07:15:43 UTC HTTP status 4xx are not cachable. When I edit non-existing article, press preview, and press back button, browser flushes page data and reloads or re-posts previous posted data. action=edit and action=submit should respond HTTP 200 anytime.
