Hello. Could you please add to the local 'bureaucrat' group on the french Wikipedia (frwiki) the possibility of adding and removing the group 'accountcreator' ? * cough cough * In the 3-year-old "request for comments" linked in the page, 9 people having supported that change said that their support was actual only if the limit of max account creations / IP / day was lowered for those without the noratelimit user right. There is also another subsection where people suggested a number for that limit, which according to them should be adequate. This was to help prevent sockmasters from creating many accounts at once. Would it be possible to lower it to something < 6 (which is the current limit)? Can it be changed only for this wiki, or would this affect other wikis as well? A good number would be something like 4, which should suit most people (2 being too small for some, 6 being too big for some others). Thanks.
