As example at the german Wikipedia [[Portal_talk:Schweiz]] will not    
be autmatically redirected to [[Portal_Diskussion:Schweiz]] as like   
[[Talk:...]] will be redirected to [[Diskussion:...]].

Hallo!

Portal was introduced as a custom namespace not as an additional *generic* one.

This is why you can use only [[{{ns:101}}:Example]] for *Partal_talk*,
*Portal_Diskussion* etc.
