Hallo!

The names from Names.php to [[Special:SiteMatrix]] would be neutral (the names
that apear in "Other languages").

*addendum*

In order to display the neutral names from Names.php fix
Bug 3953: BiDi issues related to the "In other language" section should be fixed
in Names.php

first. Then names conteining "(", ")" ... would be displayed correctly in RTL
wiki's.

Synced live site.

There is an issue with () but that's in bug 3953. Marking bug
as FIXED.
