API that adheres to user rights on page level and that has some tests running.

Tests for this does not isolate the classes under test but tests the complete underlaying stack, up to and including the API classes. That is it is an integration test for the API modules and the layers (classes) below.

The module wbsetitem fails to construct a proper object.
