Currently, we have at least two bugs (bug 34755 and bug 34934) that have a root cause of orphaned files on ms7.  Aaron is writing a script that he'll run to clean up all of the orphaned files, which should fix those other two problems.

The current script has been run on all wikis. I haven't checked how many orphans remain from among the original orphan lists. Perhaps than can go to lost+found. In any case, they don't effect the sha1 script at this point.

The files have been moved to lost+found.
