At the bottom of any page of search results (or as the only item in any page of search results where no real results were found), there is always one item of relevancy 0.
Confirmed; added sample URL.
An empty line at the end was being included in the data set being interpreted; previously this was ignored, but the live copy has been hacked up to reduce hits to the text backend and this started including the phantom entry. It's not trimmed, and should no longer appear. (Some search terms may continue to show cached entries for a brief time.)
