Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

1) Load http://en.m.wikipedia.org/
2) Tap the footer and try to switch to the desktop

You wont be able to as the url will point to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Main_Page&useformat=mobile&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop <--useformat=mobile

This does not happen on an article page nor does it show up under Main_Page. It only happen on '/'

This appears to be caused by the varnish config requesting the resource with the useformat query string parameter appended. You don't see this reflected in your URL, but the backend server has it in the URL.
