Hi , i want to tell about new bug that has appeared in 
the beginning of October . the Date in the ar_wikipedia 
and the arabic sister projects looks in English rather 
than Arabic .that means it appears : 1 October , rather 
than : 1 اكتوبر .

that makes many proplems in wikipedia and wikiquote 
especially . please try to restore usage the arabic 
monthes names in the Arabic Wikipedia , Wikibooks , 
Wikiqute , and wikisource .

The Problem has been solved in Ar_wikipedia but it 
still exists in Arabic sisterprojects :Wikiquote , 
Wikibooks , Wikisource, Wiktionary .

The problem was discussed on IRC, it was that they hadn't actually edited the
MediaWiki:January,February etc. messages and translated them to arabic, so
naturally the month names stayed in English, resolving as FIXED.
