The (very old) default dutch language file that goes with MediWiki contains some text that gives that users of other wiki's send questions about other wiki's and unblock request to the dutch wikipedia. Please change the current translations of; MediaWiki:Blockedtext/nl MediaWiki:Recentchangestext/nl to the neutral version like it is now on commons; http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Blockedtext/nl http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Recentchangestext/nl
Please provide a unified diff to the current CVS.

Actually it is. He's willing to do it but we need the language diffs off someone. I don't think Avar speaks Dutch, and neither do I, hence we need you to help us as much as we can help you.
See http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_localisation for how to submit patches
Great. I ask to change a detail that you can do in the time to write an email. And I must install cvs, find out how works it, change to file and commit it. I will try to make the patch.

You don't need to install CVS, you can download the file from http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/wikipedia/phase3/languages/LanguageNl.php OTOH, if I were booted into the right OS to get at my CVS client, I'd happily copy the text out of the MediaWiki messages you link to - as you say, it's not difficult to copy and paste 2 messages - so if you can't work out how to make a patch I'll probably do that in the next couple of days.
Committed.
