We see "Block succeeded Msnhinet8 has been blocked. See IP block list to review blocks. " This apparently harks from some older phase. The list is not just an "IP Block list' anymore!
What version are you running? 1.19wmf1 shows >Peachey88 (Flood) has been blocked. >See block list to review blocks.
suppressionlogtext, blockipsuccesstext, blocklogtext all still say IP Block list on my install (However, I haven't gotten around to updating it since the git migration [due to chronic shortage of free time] so things may have changed).

Really a translatewiki issue at this point.

Those translations have been marked fuzzy. The now await translators to update them. Marking as FIXED because the rest is out of our hands.
