Documents that have very long sections should have the option to hide each
section, similar to to how hiding and showing the TOC works.
I think this might work by checking for length in bytes and inserting code after
that length hits a LocalSettings configurable variable. Alternately, a magicword
might be employed to force a collapsable section.
