It is extremely difficult to tell when the Listen In icon is disabled on the Galaxy Nexus (4.0). This is because the icon is greyed out, but not the text. See the attached screenshots.

Is this something we can even fix?

I noticed this earlier and I think it is related to the forward button being permanently colored grey; "disabling" buttons is not fully working in 4.0 yet. However I think this is a minor issue  as when there is no audio files the button cannot be pressed, so it is "disabled" in that regard.
