The time format in the fourth "Date format" option of the en.wikipedia user Preferences is inconsistent with the first three date and time options. Please remove the seconds from the fourth option (ISO option) to make it consistent with the first three date and time format options. Seconds should be omitted regardless of which option is chosen here. Nonetheless, either consistently implement seconds for all four options, or consistently omit seconds for all four options. Thanks.
What I mean here is, the four-tilde signature time stamp should always omit seconds regardless of which date format is chosen for a site. But the software currently erroneously lists hh:mm:ss, instead of only hh:mm, if the ISO date/time option is the system default, which is inconsistent and wrong. The other three date/time options don't include seconds in the four-tilde signature time stamp, and neither should the ISO option. Seconds are irrelevant, and look ridiculous, for the four-tilde signature string.
I have the ISO-format in my options. And i use the seconds in the lists (Version/ Contributions) many times. Two Edits in the same minute was made often. To search sockpuppets i play the contributions of some users in one file and sort by time. Seconds are a must for me.
