When answering - via Special:FeedbackDashboard - to a feedback given via Moodbar, the answer is posted to the user's talk page automatically, with the headline being "In response to your [[Special:FeedbackDashboard/<number>|feedback] ]". It should be possible to change this before posting the answer, because one might want to give it a more informative title. Also on multilingual wikis, it looks very awkward if the headline is English, but the text is in another language then.

I meant to say, that the requested feature would also be useful on multilingual wikis: if the site language is e.g. English, but you respond to a feedback in French, it would be useful to be able to change the headline so you can write something French in it instead of "In response to your feedback".
