We have wikimedia in our website. The pages doesnt 
get refreshed or updated. Everytime the cached 
pages are only displayed. This problem is only in 
Firefox and not IE. Let me know why it happens.

Can you provide a URL for testing?

Have you checked the cache and date headers sent and received? (Please 
try Mozilla's Live HTTP Headers extension or other diagnostic tool to 
check HTTP headers whenever reporting cache problems.)
