Apparently, Wikireference::getfullURL() is not present in MW 1.18.0 and/or the version for MW 1.18.0.

Unhelpfully, all the protocol relative URL changes came into trunk during 1.19, which like the context changes...

Use the ExtensionDistributor to download the 1.18 version of CentralAuth again
