This log is not really searchable, only by the name of the executive 
bureaucrat ("User"). 
Please test it with the old and new name of any recently renamed user 
as well as with and without "User:" at the beginning. Thus it appears 
that the "Title" field is effectless for the renameuser log. 
The log therefore is nearly useless at the moment.

dunno who fixed it, but this works now, obviously :-)
