This test makes the last bullet turn into a regular plaintext asterisk:

* test1
* test2 <pre>[[media:file1.pdf|Title]]</pre>
* test3 <pre>[[media:file2.pdf|Title]]</pre>

If removing test1-line, bullet is restored. Same problem goes for numbered lists.

Upgraded MediaWiki to test case there.

Current configuration on SuSE Professional 9.0:

* MediaWiki (http://wikipedia.sf.net/): 1.4.9
* PHP (http://www.php.net/): 4.4.0 (apache)
* MySQL (http://www.mysql.com/): 4.0.21

Problem persists.
