http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone_4 lcfirst lowers "I" to "ı". It should be lowered to "i".

The article need to be renamed with a leading dotted i i.e. : İPhone 4 Then the template will lower case the İ (upper case dotted i) to a i (lower case dotted i). See also my comment on https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28040#c18
No, the the trademark is named "iPhone". It is English. And The uppercase letter of i in English is I. Thus it should not be renamed to İPhone 4. Pairs Ii, İi, Iı are compliantly different letters.
I suggest to add a special case for Turkish where users will be able choose whether they want to use the English lowercase of I (which is i) or the Turkish lowercase of I (which is ı).
Well we have no way to track the article title language. So we rely on the content language (Turkish in this case) and apply all rules associated to the language. Anyway, I have asked on IRC to have the article renamed to İPhone_4, then the title correctly show as iPhone_4 (http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/İPhone_4) and links to iPhone_4 will be direct links. This match the behavior of the http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/İPhone article (title shown is 'iPhone').
http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%B0Phone is wrong. Defect of defect doesn't make correct.
