Issue: Page Rendering fails to obey MediaWiki:Pagetitle

Mediawiki typically names the pages $1 - {{sitename}} which is fair except
google and other search tools incorrectly interpret the page title thus the
solution is to edit the MediaWiki:Pagetitle and reverse around the entry
{{sitename}} - $1 which should correctly display sitename - pagetitle except the
page title continues to be rendered as $1 - {{sitename}} that is Page Title -

Fixed Confirmed.. Like to add recommendation that the default be changed to
{{sitename}} - $1 as typically search engines assume sitename - pagename and
incorrectly index Main Page as the site name.
