Along with enable / disable option preference, User preference should also store preferred webfont by the user in case there are multiple webfonts as options.
In current implementation, the user selection is stored as a cookie expiring in 30 days for the domain. Does that address the requirement?
Hmm yes. But ideally WebFonts are essentially required when people use some random machine in a cafe / friends/family machine. It might be better idea to store as part of user preferences. But this may take a lower priority.
I'm inclined to WONTFIX this, because we want to keep the number of preferences as low as possible. Any +1/-1?

For multi lingual users, they will have one preferred font per language. So if we are going to provide a preference page entry, we need to address that too. And all these makes too many preferences and complicates it.
If they 30 day expiration is considered not enough (it probably is), nothing prevents us from saving the selected font in the user preferences too. The point here is that the only place setting it would be like it currently happens, from the WebFonts gui.
