Please enable DynamicPageList for wikibooks (for the Cookbook in particular).

We'll be using it to create lists of recipes on a generic/disambiguation-style page.

Status? Also, what is an appropriate time to wait before a followup on requests
like this (It's been a month thus far)?

I was informed in #wikimedia-tech that DPLs are inefficient and experimental and
therefore would not be enabled on WB as the site is too large. =( Resolving as
WONTFIX.

It should be ok on Wikibooks; we can always turn it off later.

Special:Version says it's running on en.wikibooks. Marking this as FIXED (since a long time ago?)
