en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jeff_G.&action=submit 403 HTTP method not allowed. Error 403 HTTP method not allowed. HTTP method not allowed. Guru Meditation: XID: 1646037111 Varnish cache server
How did you reach there?
From en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jeff_G.&action=edit§ion=13 , I was trying to submit a post of a reply to a post on my enwp user talk page, using the full version of the site, with Opera Mini 6.1.2557 for Android (in this instance, later duplicated with the built-in browser) on Android 2.2.2 (froyo), on my Samsung Galaxy Prevail smart phone for use with the Boost Mobile prepaid service from Sprint, via wifi, Cabevision's Optmum Online, and their ISP.
I was using HTTP, sorry Opera Mini cut off "http://".
I was trying to make edit http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jeff_G.&diff=450978870&oldid=450929704 (accomplished from a computer).
Now I can't even login. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&action=submitlogin&type=login&returnto=User_talk:Jeff_G.&returntoquery=mobileaction%3Dview_normal_site produces the same error, with different "Guru Meditation: XID: 1848071891".
I also am experiencing an HTTP 403 error when I try to log in. I'm using the Wikipedia App version 2.2 on an iPod Touch 4th Generation.
This sounds a lot like bug 30772 to me, hence marking as a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 30772 ***
This is not quite a duplicate as far as I can tell, but things have changed a LOT since this bug was issued. Login/editing are not supported from the regular mobile site - that said, login and editing for mobile devices are available in the mobile beta (go to the mobile site nav, settings, enable beta). Beta features are fairly experimental, so expect weirdness, and please report bugs. Closing this as invalid.
