The users on sh.wikipedia.org reached a
consensus about the need for new namespace (see URL):

*Portal
*Razgovor o portalu

(In english: "Portal" and "Portal talk".)

The voting was opened for seven days and nobody oposed to this. Eight users supported new namespace which is (if we take into account the size of our community) very high support.
