I apologize if I should have requested this enhancement in a different place. But it 
should be quite easy to implement and really improve the product.

What's needed is a way to embed GPS coordinates or placemarks in wiki text (perhaps 
[lat=10.123 lon=54.10|Somewhere]), and a script to extract the embedded coordinates 
to a user chosen format (e.g. Google Earth). Why I say it's so easy to implement is 
that a utility already exist to convert between most formats used for GPS locations 
(gpsbabel.org).
