The previous hebrew file, had the hebrew translation of wikipedia hardcoded into the file instread of the {{SITENAME}} variable. This version fixes the problem.

I've applied the patch, but there still seems to be hard coded namespaces in the messages. You can refer to namespace using for example {{ns:4}} or {{ns:project}} for the project namespace. For other namespaces it's not so important, they only need to be in sync with the defined ones.
Can you list all the namespaces I can't change/translate? And I'll make sure you list is fixed in the Hebrew file.
Only the project namespace and it's talk namespace depend on external variable, and thus should use {{ns:project}} (or {{ns:project_talk}} equivalently)
