There's some problem in skin ' Chick' , where the search bar overlaps the
wikitext , we have come to discover that this problem does not occur in Mozilla
Firefox. But the same does persist in Internet Explorer.
Furthermore, this also locks out links on the extreme left-hand side.

Assuming that this is now fixed (more than 2 years later).  Marking as FIXED.

I'm not seeing the described behaviour (at least, what I understand from the description) in either Firefox or Internet Explorer; the navigation bar appears below the page text in both cases, so there's no scope for overlap.
