The timezone setting of xmf.wikipedia seems to be wrong.

api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo

It is "Europe/Tbilisi" now. But I think it should be "Asia/Tbilisi", not Europe. Please correct this setting mistake. Thank you in advance.
