the headline underline should be 100% width on rightfloat images

It's due to the overflow:hidden set on headers, which fixes what is known as the Bunching issue. for edit links. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:BUNCH

Ok, but I hide the edit links on most namespaces anyway
