Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Fix for conversion bug (1.75 KB, patch)
2005-07-30 20:13 UTC, Brion Vibber

Description Gerard Meijsssen 2005-07-30 06:32:03 UTC
The does show article names
where the representation of a diactitic is faulty. eg Belgi when you select it
you go to the edit page of België. This means that the UTF-8 representation is
wrong. There is most definetly an article in Dutch on this country where they do
speak Dutch.

Not sure of the cause; this was reported on dawiki as well.
Running refreshLinks.php and updateSpecialPages.php will clear it up.

Fix for conversion bug

During development of the upgrader, the pagelinks source was changed from the
page table (already converted for encoding) to cur (not converted). This fix
adds the conv() call which should have been added then but was forgotten.
Comment 4 Brion Vibber 2005-07-30 20:15:02 UTC
Fix committed.
