Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Zigger 2005-07-24 03:28:41 UTC The template list for the whole page is displayed when editing at section-level (see bug 878). The list is particularly surprising when adding another section by using "&section=new". Suppressing the list in this case would not require extra parsing.
