Please change the time zone for pdc-wiki to eastern time (UTC-5) which is the main location for Pennsylvania Dutch natural speakers [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deitsch]. See also the request on pdc [http://pdc.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Gmeeschafts-Portal#Voting_for_new_time_zone]. Thanks (xqt, temp. sysop of that wiki).

I've set it in the config, but I don't think it's probably been pushed out yet, due to some syncing issues
