Please change the logo of Kashmiri Wikipedia. The logo is here: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:KSwikipedia.png :)
From what I see, kswiki has the logo at [[ks:File:Wiki.png]], please reupload into that file to replace the logo. Please also note that the logo is currently in an incorrect resolution, it should be 135px by 155px. Please fix this issue first before reuploading into Wiki.png.
That doesn't make the bug INVALID, REOPENING.
Please tell how to change the resolution. :)

I'm confused, aren't both of the reasons Hydra gave grounds for it to be INVALID? kswiki manages their logo locally, so an update shouldn't happen through Bugzilla (=> INVALID). Even if it were something that should be handled on Bugzilla, the logo really isn't ready for uploading...

If the second scenario were true, it wouldn't be invalid, we'd just need more feedback before continuing (LATER?) Anyway...INVALID it is :)
