since the details page gained the ability to "morph" when submitting files, all inputs have to remain strictly in the data div... this was fixed in other browsers but still seems to be an issue in IE.

I couldn't reproduce this issue except to see that the background color shorted out when adjusting the window size. Neil, if you could provide additional details as to when and how this happens, I'd be happy to deal with it, else, this is unconfirmed....might just be fixed, actually. I guess we'll see.

Neil: Do you know if this is still an issue? 
Unable to reproduce (but I don't have an IE handy here.)
