It would be useful to be able to refer to groups of messages using an internal link, such as

[[Special:AllMessages/exif]]

For SpecialPage execution of Special:AllMessages there is a shortcut already.
It's used for the value of Language.

For example:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AllMessages/nl
is a shortcut for:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AllMessages&lang=nl

You can link to prefix-searches via the &prefix= paramter already:

http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AllMessages&prefix=recentchanges-

Marking WONTFIX, to preserve backwards compatibility we shouldn't change the shortcut.
