tested also on http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Spielwiese which runs 1.17wmf1 (Version 87149)

Result: the headline "Testquery" is not rendered, even not visible. It gets rendered as soon as below the table some text follows.

Removing the align="left" from the table should show the heading. Not a bug in mediawiki, except that the "overflow:hidden" on headings makes these issues kind of unobvious. (See also bug 28041)
