[copied from bug28773, but for checkuser wiki] Please: * Change the site name (wgSitename) from "Checkuser" to "CheckUser Wiki". * Change the "Wikipedia" and "Wikipedia talk" namespaces to "Project" and "Project talk" respectivelly. * Set the project's default language to "English" -- at Special:Preferences there's a strange "checkuser" language (please remove that too). * Give bureaucrats ability to add and remove user rights.

The autoconfirmed user group is redundant because all registered users already have all rights that autoconfirmed users have. Should be removed I think. 2. The 'createaccount' right is set to all users according to the local special:listgrouprights page. Please set it only for bureaucrats, please. Thank you.
UserRights fix needed too: a bureaucrat should be able to add and remove the bureaucrat userright from all accounts too. Currently set to be granted but not revocked by bureaucrats. Regards.
This is actually EXTREMELY important and needs to get fixed NOW. This is new (it didn't exist before the update must have accidentally been introduced)
Aditional fix (sorry for spamming) - the inactive user group dissapeared. Please restore it. Thank you.
Reverted back to how things were before the changes took place.
