Please change Amharic (am) project sitename from Wikipedia to ውክፔዲያ

You're not meaning project sitename, you're meaning adding an alias for the Wikipedia namespace, right?

As for wgSitename     'amwiki'        => 'ውክፔዲያ', is already set
