<?php date('B'); ?> returns [[w:Swatch Internet Time]] (e.g. '@973'), but {{#time:B}} returns 'B'.

Perhaps {{#time: should be bought into sync with date(); a bit more?

Swatch beats aren't really a standard time unit; I'd recommend against throwing it in just for the sake of throwing it in, since it'll need to be supported forever for compatibility.

It's probably possible to make a template that derives swatch beat units from hours/minutes/seconds via {{#expr}}, should that be useful to someone.

Recommend closing as wontfix.

closing wontfix b/c Brion argument re: perpetual support makes a lot of sense.
