Gentlemen, on this page which you must be a WikiSysop to see and thus cannot see,

Sure the words "export utility" are a link,
>Please export the file from the source wiki using the export utility.

But that is English. For some other languages, 'Special:Export' is not a linked:

That is a translation "issue", which should probably be dealt with at translatewiki.

The problem is dreadfully widespread:

* avk, bcl, br, cy, da, el, eo, eu, gan-hans, gan-hant, gsw, hak, hr, hu, hy, io, it, kk-arab, kk-cyrl, kk-latn, lt, mn, mr, ms, nds, nds-nl, oc, pam, pt-br, scn, sco, sdc, sq, sr-el, su, to, wa, zh-tw - Special:Export mentioned, but not linked to
* bn - no link
* gu, hif-latn - "export utility" not translated
* ka - "export" not translated
* ku-latn - message translated, but contains entirely English text
* mt - has link [[Special:Export]], probably should be a piped link with localised text
* pms - localised special page name (doubleplusplusbad), no link - I've fixed the former

Can we fuzzy them all? CC'ing Niklas and Siebrand.

I have fuzzied all messages. Closing bug as FIXED because further works will be done on Translatewiki
